What to Wear

We recommend that you wear loose, comfortable clothing.  You may be asked to roll up your sleeves or pant legs. Needles may be placed at various parts of your entire body, depending on your condition and specific complaints.  A tank top and yoga (stretch) pants are ideal.  For auricular (ear) acupuncture, no special clothing is required.  Individuals with long hair should bring a hair clip or headband.  Please avoid heavy meals and alcohol immediately before your treatment. Please also avoid wearing heavy scents since there are others among us who are sensitive and may have allergic reactions. Upon arrival, you will be required to complete a Treatment Consent Form before receiving acupuncture services
